Hey Jude - Special Edition - Ron Campbell

Ron Campbell has reinterpreted his popular "Hey Jude" watercolor painting and created a special 7"x10" very limited edition piece of art.  Only 32 signed and numbered copies will be available so this will sell out quickly.  

This Hey Jude Special Edition is being released on November 30^th….the exact day in which the song “Hey Jude” ended its record setting nine weeks at number one on the Billboard Singles Charts in 1968.  The image is based on the September 4, 1968 filming of the Beatles promotional video at Twickenham Film Studios. The finished video aired in England on the David Frost Show and in the USA on the Smothers Brothers show. This piece celebrates that day, that song, depicting The Beatles in their Yellow Submarine style as a gesture toward the feature film in production on that date in which Ron Campbell was helping to animate.
