Ringo performed in Saratoga, California last night at a winery at the top of a mountain (thus called the Mountain Winery). A very scary drive up a winding mountain road (with no shoulders on the road, only a steep drop). The winery used to be the Paul Masson winery and is now partly owned by Apple guru Steve Jobs.
At the show, a guy wearing a reflective vest on a Segway passed by us. He looked a policeman or event security….then someone familiar with the venue comment…oh that’s Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Computers. He lives in the area and was checking out the scene. He wears the reflective vest so no one hits him as he navigates the mountain roads. No everyday that you see a Billionaire.
